We are currently looking for the following positions:

Resident Services Assistant

We are looking for Full-Time evenings Resident Services Assistant (RSA) to be part of our team.


The RSA’s primary responsibility is completing delegated tasks associated with the hospitality programming needs of the residents of Margaret Pratt Community.

Some tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Resident Services Director to develop and implement a schedule of social activities to strengthen and enhance the social, physical, and mental skills of the residents.

  • Handle incoming phone calls, greet and assist residents and visitors entering the building

  • Assists residents onto and off community vehicle

  • Clean resident apartments as needed through each week. This includes bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living/dining areas and floors.

  • Set or reset each dining table properly, as shown on the table setting layout.

  • Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and serve a complete meal to all residents in the dining room in a timely fashion.

  • Offers support and assistance to other departments as directed and needed.

  • Able to work flexible hours to include every other weekend

Health Services Assistant (LNA Preferred)

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Evenings and Nights Health Services Assistant (HSA) to be a part of our team.


The HSA’s primary responsibility is assisting residents with their personal care needs, activities, laundry and meal service as needed.


Margaret Pratt Community is using electronic health records for all documentation, applicants should be familiar with E.H.R.'s or willing to learn.


  • LNA License preferred but no required

  • Positive fun attitude

  • Able to work flexible hours

  • to include every other weekend

Care Manager (LPN), Full-time

The primary role of the Nurse Care Manager is to work in coordination with the Health Services Director to oversee the health care needs of the residents at Margaret Pratt Community.


Other duties may include:

  • Completing Resident Assessments

  • Assist with staff training

  • Assist with management of the community mediation administration program

  • Manage medication ordering systems

  • Review and update Resident Care Plans

  • Assist with Resident emergency situations

  • Provide care to residents who need nursing services
